CANCELLATION POLICY:
For our weekly outdoor events, cancellations more than 24 hours receive full credit towards a future TCG event or a refund minus a 5% credit card processing/admin fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows are not refundable as we must guarantee the course player numbers the day before events. For multi-day destination events, a 7-day cancellation policy applies.
